Finished orders will be despatched within 5 working days and will be sent via a 1st class recorded and signed for delivery service.

At the sole discretion of Violeta Skinner Jewellery, an item will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturer defects are found within 3 months from the date of purchase. If the defect is as a result of what we deem to be normal wear and tear, it shall not be covered under this warranty and any repairs required will be quoted for on a case-by-case basis.
